Semiconductor Physical Analysis Engineer_ME

Bosch is seeking a Semiconductor Physical Analysis Engineer to join their team in Suzhou, China. The role involves understanding sensor component construction and manufacturing, utilizing various analysis tools like Infrared camera microscope, SEM, and SAM, and managing assigned facilities. Key responsibilities include implementing physical analyses for engineering validation and quality evaluation, acting as a customer contact for technical and financial activities, and continuously developing analysis methods for process improvement. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with strong knowledge of semiconductor technology and physical analysis methods, and fluent English.

Must Have

• Understand mechanical construction and manufacturing process of sensor components
• Familiarity with analysis tools: Infrared camera microscope, SEM, SAM
• Responsible for facilities management (WI, MI, troubleshooting)
• Implement physical analyses for engineering validation and quality evaluation
• Act as contact for customer clusters (task management, technical consulting, financial following)
• Apply and develop analysis methods for continuous process improvement
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years experience in semiconductor industry
• Knowledge of semiconductor technology
• Knowledge of physical analysis methods
• Fluent English

• Consumer sensor experience

Job Description

• Understand the basic of mechnical construction and manufacturing process of sensor component, consume sensor experience are preferred
• Be familiar with variant analysis tools, e.g. Infrared camera microscope, SEM, SAM, knowledge of FIB and OBIRCH/PEM are preferred,
• Responsible for assigned facilities’ management in term of WI,MI, trouble-shooting and so on
• Implement physical analyses for engineering validation parts and quality evaluation parts including the field return analysis.
• Contact window for specified customer clusters(internal and international), including task management , technical consulant and financial following activities
• Apply and develop analysis methods for process improvement continuously
