P99soft is seeking a Senior 3D Animator with rigging skills to join their team in the gaming industry. The role involves bringing characters and game worlds to life, requiring proficiency in tools like Maya or Blender. The animator will be responsible for creating lifelike character animations, developing and maintaining game-ready rigs, collaborating with designers and technical artists to refine in-game feel, and optimizing animations for performance. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, particularly in games, strong rigging and skinning expertise, and familiarity with Unity/Unreal Engine. A demo reel showcasing both animation and rigging is essential.

P99soft is hiring a 3D Game Animator to join our team! We’re looking for someone skilled in creating lifelike character animations and bringing game worlds to life. The ideal candidate has experience with tools like Maya or Blender, a strong understanding of animation principles, and a passion for gaming. If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and love working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you! Join us and help create amazing gaming experiences.
What You'll Do:
Animate characters, creatures & props for real-time games
Create and maintain clean, game-ready rigs
Work with designers & tech artists to polish in-game feel
Optimize animations for performance and quality
Requirements:
3–4 years in 3D animation (preferably in games)
Strong rigging & skinning experience (Maya, Blender, etc.)
Comfortable with Unity/Unreal Engine
Demo reel showcasing both animation & rigging
Nice to Have:
Facial rigging, mocap cleanup, scripting (Python/MEL)
