Job Summary
At PwC, this role focuses on leveraging advanced technologies to design and develop robust data solutions for clients, transforming raw data into actionable insights. Professionals in intelligent automation will conduct process mining, design next-generation automation solutions, and implement intelligent process automation, robotic process automation, and digital workflow solutions to achieve operational efficiencies and reduce costs for clients.
Must Have
- Develop intelligent automation solutions using agentic frameworks
- Integrate generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
- Utilize Python and various LLMs (open-source & closed-source) for scalable automation workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of deployed solutions
- Stay updated with latest trends in agentic automation, generative AI, and LLM technologies
- Expert Python programming skills
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries: LangChain, LangGraph, Transformers, Pandas, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Worked with closed-source LLMs (OpenAI/Gemini etc.)
- Build and deploy RAG pipelines for automation tasks
- Experience with SQL and Vector database
- Prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLM models
- Worked with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git)
- Containerization and orchestration knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in working with Linux (Ubuntu) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and quick learner of emerging technologies
- 2 to 5 years in AI/ML, generative AI, or automation development
- Hands-on experience with python and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)
- Proven record building and deploying RAG-based solutions
- Working knowledge of both open-source and closed-source LLMs
- Experience in production AI/automation tool deployment
- Exposure to CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment best practices
- 4-7 years of experience required
- Education qualification: BE/Btech/Postgraduate, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Business Administration
