Job Description

The Senior Associate provides post-sale support, coordinating and executing product/service delivery, and training customers. This role involves responding to inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining attention to detail. Responsibilities include processing customer profile amendments, facilitating onboarding through account setup, verifying information, and creating accounts in the billing system. The associate will also contact customers by phone to resolve queries and ensure a standardized, efficient onboarding process.
Must Have:
  • Provides post-sale support services to customers to coordinate and execute product/services.
  • Support in the development of programs to train the customer on how to properly use products/services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries within the stipulated time and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain close attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a mission-focused approach to delivering quality service to customers.
  • Process customer profile amendments (e.g., changes to address, name, and other indicators).
  • Facilitate customer on boarding through account setup and raise work orders as per the requirement, including verification and validation.
  • Contact customers over the phone and resolve their queries/concerns
  • Ensure a standardized and efficient onboarding process for all new customers.
  • Verify the information and collect all necessary details to proceed with the account setup, including Billing Information, Site Contact Details, Account Type, Billing Cycle, Payment Terms, Invoice Delivery Method, and Destruction Contact Information.
  • Set up accounts according to the requested Lines of Business (LOBs).,update the rates according to the *price schedule, and then proceed to create the account in the billing system

Key Areas of Responsibility

Skills Required

  • Sound reading comprehension, active listening and understanding skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Possess knowledge of and hands-on experience with applications such as Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, PDFs, and CRM tools.
  • Speed and accuracy of data analytical experience required.
  • Excellent problem solving and data analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated, Customer focused and pays attention to details.
  • Ability to think strategically, and act tactically
  • Reliable Team Player, Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude towards work.
  • Effective time and prioritization management.
