Senior Business Analyst

Our customer is a top-tier investment bank with client assets of hundreds of billions globally. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly professional environment with high-level financial instruments. You will gather and document requirements from end-users, IT operations, and security, translating them into clear specifications. You will also analyze processes, define solutions, coordinate UAT, and manage stakeholder communication, contributing to the creation and development of software solutions.

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in a project analyst, project coordinator or similar support roles
• Should have good understanding of Unified Communications Systems for end users, telephony technologies, including both Microsoft Teams-based solutions and SIP phone systems
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data clearly and accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing reports, minutes, and other project documentation .

##### Responsibilities

• Gather & document requirements
• collect requirements from end-users, IT operations, and security; translate them into clear specifications.
• Analyze processes & workflows
• map current EUC processes, identify gaps, and propose optimizations (VDI, laptops, applications, access).
• Define solutions & acceptance criteria
• convert requirements into functional designs, acceptance criteria, and implementation readiness.
• Coordinate UAT & rollout readiness
• support user testing, validation, and release/rollout activities (device management, software packaging, deployments).
• Stakeholder communication & reporting
• maintain communication with business, engineering, and security; provide status updates, risks, and impact.
