Job Description

Mimecast is seeking a Senior Channel Account Manager to join its dynamic Channel Sales team. This role involves redefining cybersecurity by driving growth through strategic partnerships, building and executing go-to-market plans, aligning with sales leadership, empowering partners through enablement activities, and fostering executive alignment. The manager will also forecast accurately, manage budgets, and collaborate on joint marketing plans to enhance the partner experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape the market: Build and execute go-to-market business plans with focus partners.
  • Drive growth together: Align with Sales Leadership and AEs to unlock demand and deliver on shared targets.
  • Empower partners: Lead enablement activities, from sales training to technical workshops.
  • Build trust at the top: Create strong executive alignment with partner stakeholders.
  • Maximise opportunities: Forecast accurately and hold partners accountable to agreed goals.
  • Deliver impact: Manage budgets, design joint marketing plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a best-in-class partner experience.

What You’ll Bring

The on-target earnings (OTE) salary range for this position is £112,000 - £168,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. This position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
