Senior Civil-3D Designer

Full Job Description

Our Team is currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil-3D Designer that can generate a complete set of Civil Improvement Plans for Land Development projects. The area of focus for this position is mainly commercial and industrial projects. However, if interested, our Team also focuses on Public Works, Single-Family Residential, Hydrology, Traffic/Transportation, Structural, and Survey.

The perfect candidate is interested in a long-term position with upside in a fast-growing company with a family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Land Development
• Civil 3D designer with 10+ years experience.
• Independently prepare Civil Improvement Plans that include Cover Sheet, Notes Sheet, Demolition Plan, Grading Plan, Utility Plan, Plan & Profile, Horizontal Control Plan, Traffic Plan, and Details Sheet for mainly commercial, industrial, and multi-family projects.
• Additional experience in preparing Civil Improvement Plans for Single-Family Residential, Public Works, and Plot & Grading Plan.
• 10-year Civil 3D Design experience in Land Development with familiarity of standards and procedures from local entities such as the City of Las Vegas, the City of North Las Vegas, the City of Henderson, Clark County, the Las Vegas Valley Water District, and Clark County Water Reclamation District.
  
  

Education Qualifications

• High School Diploma (minimum)
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Engineer-In-Training License EIT (preferred)
• Professional Civil Engineering License (preferred)

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
