Our Financial Services consulting division brings together three areas of expertise: Internal Control, Compliance, and Internal Audit, dedicated to financial services players. As a key player in this field, our team of consultants works with banking, insurance, real estate, and asset management clients.
Integrated into the Internal Control & Internal Audit team dedicated to the banking, insurance, FinTech, InsurTech, mutual, brokerage sectors, etc., you will work for general management, inspection or internal audit departments, internal control and risk departments, on varied missions and themes of internal audit and control, risk management, or compliance, in France and abroad.
Through this experience, you will have the opportunity to work on transversal and varied subjects (examples: financial institution, credit, investment activities, financial management, information systems...) with a wide range of financial services clients (banks, investment companies, asset management companies, brokers, insurance companies...).
Proposed Missions
You will intervene on strategic regulatory projects with a strong technological component for clients in the banking and insurance sector:
Regulatory analysis and framing
- Perform impact studies and gap analysis on regulatory obligations (e-invoicing, DORA, ViDA, etc.)
- Define compliance roadmaps and remediation plans
- Ensure regulatory watch and anticipate legal developments
Solution selection and integration
- Participate in the selection and integration of key technological partners (Approved Platform, archiving, editor, etc.) and their integration (...)
- Write functional and technical specifications for electronic invoicing solutions
- Contribute to the design of target architectures and the securing of flows
Deployment and steering
- Lead the implementation of major regulatory programs (e-invoicing, DORA, ViDA, AI Act, etc.)
- Perform tests, acceptance, and validations of regulatory flows
- Coordinate stakeholders (business, IT, publishers, regulators)
Change management and training
- Support teams in adopting new processes
- Facilitate training sessions and produce educational materials
Mission Examples
- Impact study and deployment of an electronic invoicing solution for an international banking group
- Selection of a PDP platform and integration with SAP for a major insurance player
- DORA compliance: diagnosis of digital operational resilience and remediation plan
- Multi-country program management for the implementation of ViDA obligations
- Redesign of internal control processes related to electronic invoicing and regulatory reporting
What we expect from you
- Graduate of a business school, engineering school or university equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in a financial institution or consulting firm (Compliance, Risk, IT Compliance)
- Experience in regulatory and technological projects (e-invoicing, DORA, compliance)
- Knowledge of Banking / Insurance environments
- Ability to perform impact analyses, write functional and technical specifications
- Good interpersonal skills, analytical mind, taste for technology and regulation
- Good team spirit, good communication skills and professional English level (B2/C1)
