Requirements

- Brand Maestro: Understand our brand inside-out and wield your digital expertise to deliver world-class projects that drive business success.
- Digital Dynamo: Dive deep into the digital realm, from social media to content production, web to e-commerce, and stay ahead of emerging trends.
- Project Prodigy: You are experienced in managing large-scale, complex, and high-budget projects. Oversee integrated, multi-channel campaigns ensuring consistency and brand coherence.
- Creative Appreciation: Experience in managing creative projects with a fine eye for detail and quality. Experience with production projects is a plus.
- Client Whisperer: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and managing expectations like a boss.
- Budget Ninja: Take the reins on budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Team Leader: Lead project teams with gusto, bridging the gap between internal and external stakeholders, aligning stakeholders around unified goals and brand direction. And serving as the go-to contact for clients.
- Ownership Enthusiast: Thrive in a hands-on culture with a strategic foresight, taking full ownership of clients and projects from start to finish. Combines strategic foresight with hands-on implementation to drive consistent brand excellence.
- Collaboration Champion: Work seamlessly with international clients and teams across all needed disciplines, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. Remaining agile and organized under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Experience Extraordinaire: Bring 3-5 years of agency project management experience to the table, having worked with high-profile brands.
- Language Luminary: Fluent in English. German is a plus.
