About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive Senior Director of Product Marketing to elevate our positioning in the DXP market through clear, compelling messaging. This leader will deeply understand our products, track market trends, and create content that aligns with customer needs and our overall strategy.
You’ll empower sales with impactful tools and training, while driving cross-functional marketing programmes that boost adoption. Strong storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical features into customer value are key. Excellent writing and a sharp sense of market relevance are a must.
What You’ll Do
- Own the go-to-market strategy for the Sitecore Agentic Experience Platform, partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive revenue, market share, and adoption goals across regions.
- Lead and scale a high-performing global product marketing team, setting strategic priorities across positioning, pricing, competitive intelligence, persona development, and enablement.
- Craft differentiated messaging and value propositions that resonate with key personas and verticals, ensuring consistency across sales, marketing, and partner channels.
- Drive launch strategy and execution for product releases, coordinating across Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success to ensure global readiness and impact.
- Serve as the senior subject matter expert for digital experience platforms, guiding internal content strategy and representing Sitecore externally at key events and senior-level engagements.
- Deliver market and competitive insights to influence product roadmap and GTM strategy, with a deep understanding of buyer behaviour, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Align and collaborate with global marketing, field, and partner teams to infuse programmes with compelling messaging, while supporting strategic deals and high-impact sales opportunities.
What You Need to Succeed
- 7+ years of product marketing leadership experience in high-growth B2B (business-to-business) or SaaS environments, with a proven track record of building and scaling GTM strategies, messaging frameworks, and enablement programmes.
- Exceptional communicator and storyteller with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable representing the brand at online seminars, industry events, and executive-level discussions.
- Proven ability to lead in matrixed, cross-functional environments, building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, and senior leadership.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex, technical concepts into clear, value-driven messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers.
- Skilled in content and campaign development, including sales plays, pitch decks, blog messaging, email and social media content, and other core GTM deliverables.
- Strong project and team management skills, with experience balancing multiple high-impact initiatives across global teams and time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related field (advanced degrees a plus)
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across the UK and Europe
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart
- Product marketing experience or equivalent role in the Digital Experience Management industry, with specific experience in web content management, digital experience platforms, customer data management, and/or marketing automation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage agency relationships, and scale global programmes.
- Proven success driving pipeline growth and marketing-sourced revenue at scale.
