Job Summary

Regrello is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect to join their Go-to-Market team. This role involves technical engagement with key customers and establishing technical consulting expertise across the customer journey, spanning pre- and post-sales activities. The architect will partner with Product to mature technical offerings, advise on solution design for manufacturing use cases, and act as the expert authority on Regrello APIs and integrations. The position requires enabling customer technical resources, program managing technical deployments, ensuring a gold standard customer experience, and staying updated on product and technical offerings. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, possess broad technical and deep product expertise, and have a curiosity for learning and leveraging AI technologies. Must Have

8+ years as Enterprise Solution Architect for complex business applications
Architect integrations for ERP, MRP, PLM applications
Proficiency in REST APIs and scripting (Python or Javascript)
Experience with Infosec and technical capability inquiries
Strong technical program management skills
Ability to translate technical expertise into presentations
Customer-centric approach
Curiosity for AI technologies

The Venture

This Position

This is our first technical hire on the Go-to-Market GTM) team and will have the opportunity to split their time between dedicated technical engagement for our largest customer and help lay the foundation for how Regrello provides technical consulting expertise across the entire customer journey. This role will have the opportunity to operate across pre and post-sales and partner closely with Product to shape the maturity of our technical product offerings.

Our platform supports both internal and external collaboration, enhanced by a robust workflow engine. Our advanced AI engine not only makes workflow analysis more efficient but also facilitates natural language interactions, allowing users to develop solutions tailored to specific customer needs.

You are customer-obsessed and value being a trusted expert, leveraging broad technical and deep product expertise. You advise on best practices to support the adoption of Regrello’s transformational AI technology at the largest manufacturers in the world. You have a deep curiosity to learn the customers’ business and operational goals to then maximize those, with Regrello.

We are looking for someone who has

8+ years of experience as an Enterprise Solution Architect for an complex business application (ERP, MRP, PLM preferred)
Demonstrated ability to architect integrations aforementioned applications (SAP or Oracle ERP preferred)
Proficiency in modern integration methods, including REST APIs and scripting experience in Python or Javascript
Experience working with prospects and customers to respond to inquiries around Infosec and technical capabilities
Strong technical program management skills to run multiple work streams concurrently in a dynamic startup environment
Ability to translate deep technical expertise to compelling prospect and customer presentations and communication
A customer-centric approach to solving hard problems
A deep curiosity and passion for learning and leveraging AI technologies

What you will do

Partner with CSMs and customers to advise on solution design for key manufacturing use cases
Be the expert authority on Regrello APIs and integration options to applications in the customer’s tech stack (ERP, MRP, PLM etc.)
Enable technical resources at customers to become experts at technical aspects of the Regrello solution
Act as customer’s key point of contact to program manage technical deployments of customer-hosted Regrello solutions and AI capabilities
Ensure a gold standard experience at our largest most strategic customers
Work with the wider organization to stay on the leading edge of Regrello’s product and technical offerings
Proactively identify implementation improvements, determine root causes and overcome roadblocks
Manage and route customer feedback and issues

We offer a competitive On-Target Earnings range of $140,000 - $225,000, based on experience, qualifications, location and performance. In addition, we offer equity in our dynamic startup to reward your contributions to our success. Our benefits package includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and generous paid time off.
