Job Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst for Wallet, Payments & Commerce (WPC) Finance team at Apple will be an integral part of a fast-growing and dynamic team supporting over 10 services within the Wallet App, including Apple Pay, Apple Card, and Apple Cash. This role involves close collaboration with product, operations, and finance teams to forecast and analyze business performance for the entire Wallet product portfolio, driving informed decisions and executing strategies.
Must Have
- Forecast revenue performance across all Wallet products
- Partner with business teams to understand performance outlook, including risks and opportunities
- Support the development of new products and expansions into new markets
- Collaborate with advanced analytics teams to build tools for performance forecasting and analysis
- Build tools to streamline team work streams
- Support quarterly close process for product revenue accounting
- 5+ years of Finance / Business experience in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, or another quantitative field
- Utmost ease performing quantitative and financial analyses in a product & service context
- Strong business acumen and high intellectual curiosity with solid interest in Apple’s products, services, technology, business, and strategy
- Extraordinarily detail oriented while able to keep sight of the “big picture”
- Passion for automating and improving processes, and drive to adopt latest technology tools
- Strong Financial Modeling skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Outstanding verbal and written business communication skills

As part of the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce (WPC) Finance team, this role is an integral part of the fast-growing and dynamic team supporting over 10 services within the Wallet App, including Apple Pay, Apple Card and Apple Cash.
This role will work closely with product, operations and finance teams to forecast and analyze business performance for the full Wallet product portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Forecast revenue performance across all Wallet products
- Deeply partner with business teams to understand performance outlook, including risks and opportunities
- Support the development of new products and expansions into new markets
- Collaborate with advanced analytics teams to build tools that support performance forecasting and analysis
- Build tools to streamline team work streams
- Support quarterly close process for product revenue accounting
- 5+ years of Finance / Business experience in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, or another quantitative field
- Utmost ease performing quantitative and financial analyses in a product & service context; able to work comfortably with incomplete information while dealing with ambiguity.
- Strong business acumen and high intellectual curiosity with solid interest in Apple’s products, services, technology, business, and strategy.
- Extraordinarily detail oriented while able to keep sight of the “big picture.”
- Passion for automating and improving processes, and drive to adopt latest technology tools at our disposal.
- Strong Financial Modeling skills knowledge. Intermediate Accounting knowledge preferred. Excellent Excel skills. Tableau, Essbase, SAP and/or SQL knowledge preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written business communication skills. Keynote experience preferred.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
