This role involves building and maintaining core features across frontend (Angular/TypeScript) and backend (Node/GraphQL/REST) systems, designing real-time, AI-driven APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The engineer will contribute to architecture, technical design, and code reviews, owning the development lifecycle from dev to prod, focusing on scalable, secure, and performant systems.

Assist Chat is Motorola’s next-gen conversational AI for public safety—helping 9-1-1 call takers, dispatchers, analysts, and officers get answers in seconds, not minutes. It’s fast, reliable, embedded in real workflows, and powered by real-time AI.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll work across frontend and backend layers to build seamless user experiences and robust APIs. You’ll help craft the conversational engine, integrate with mission-critical systems, and continuously improve how public safety professionals interact with Assist.
