As a Senior Game Artist, you will serve as a creative anchor—defining the visual direction, elevating artistic quality, and shaping compelling player experiences across premium slot and casino titles. Your work will blend artistic excellence with market awareness to help bring visually rich, commercially successful games to life.
Must Have
- Act as the visual architect of new games and features, establishing strong artistic benchmarks and direction.
- Storyboard, research, and rapidly iterate on concepts to explore themes, styles, and visual ideas.
- Develop high-quality graphic layouts, symbols, UI components, logos, and printed art elements.
- Stay informed on market trends, presentation styles, feature innovations, and player preferences.
- Lead and participate in open art reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior artists.
- Establish and refine art production workflows, pipelines, and best practices.
- Apply strong understanding of 2D/3D modeling, texture mapping, composition, color, and lighting principles.
- Collaborate closely with game artists, producers, and cross-discipline teams to align on product vision.
- Deliver assets on schedule while setting the tone for quality, style, and team accountability.
- Thrive in a fast-paced development environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- 8–10+ years of professional experience in casino gaming or video game development.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Art, Design, or a related discipline.
- Expert-level knowledge of art design, visual branding, composition, and graphics principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Hands-on experience with 3D modeling and texturing in Maya, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
- Experience building scenes and integrating assets in game engines such as Unity or Unreal.
- Strong attention to detail with mastery of shape, silhouette, line balance, contrast, and visual clarity.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high productivity standards.
- Understanding of asset optimization, runtime performance considerations, and data management.
- Must submit a portfolio demonstrating concept art, production art, UI, and/or game asset creation.
