Job Summary
Barbaricum is seeking a Senior Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Program Executive Office Soldier. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), performing program schedule analysis, monitoring vendor performance, and utilizing various project management techniques. The successful candidate will act as a scheduling subject expert, mentor staff, and propose process improvements for integrated scheduling, focusing on innovative cloud service offerings.
Must Have
- Design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Apply principles of project management for complex schedules
- Perform program schedule analysis (Metrics, Critical Path, Float, schedule variances)
- Build and maintain program-level IMS with major milestones and deliverables
- Monitor vendor schedule performance
- Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management
- Act as scheduling subject expert and mentor program staff
- Proficiency with enterprise-level scheduling software
- Propose processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Master’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience

This role supports the Program Executive Office Soldier, focusing on the engineering, building, testing, and deployment of innovative cloud service offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
- Applies principles of project management developing large, complex schedules
- Performs program schedule analysis to include: Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances
- Builds and maintains a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from vendors and Government sources.
- Monitors vendor schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances
- Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
- Acts as scheduling subject expert and mentors the program staff with regards to scheduling.
- Understands and has facility with enterprise-level scheduling software.
- Proposes processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Master’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience.
