Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven professional to lead our PSP and partner-related projects, ensuring effective onboarding, relationship management, and commercial optimization across markets. The role involves managing and optimizing relationships with PSPs and partners, overseeing compliance and commercial terms, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with payments from the operator or platform side.
Must Have
- Lead PSP and partner-related projects
- Ensure effective onboarding, relationship management, and commercial optimization
- 3+ years in a similar or related role
- Experience in Gambling/iGaming
- Advanced English and Russian communication skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proven experience in building and managing client relationships
- Conduct PSP and market research aligned with business needs
- Perform calls and maintain communication with potential PSPs
- Support the underwriting process (Check List, NDAs, KYC/B)
- Prepare volume forecasts, rate, and fee calculations
- Collaborate with Treasury and Legal teams on new PSPs, contracts, commercial terms, and discounts
- Monitor margin levels per market and implement actions to improve profitability

Purpose of the role:
To manage and optimize relationships with PSPs and partners, overseeing onboarding, compliance, and commercial terms. The role ensures efficient, profitable, and compliant payments operations while supporting strategic initiatives across markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct PSP and market research aligned with business needs
- Perform calls and maintain communication with potential PSPs
- Support the underwriting process by sending Check List, NDAs, and KYC/B requests to PSPs
- Prepare volume forecasts, rate, and fee calculations for new PSPs, BAM, and Onboarding teams
- Collaborate closely with Treasury and Legal teams on new PSPs, contracts, commercial terms, and discounts
- Monitor margin levels per market and implement actions to improve profitability
Required Experience:
- 3+ years in a similar or related role
- Experience in Gambling/iGaming
- Advanced level of English and Russian for internal and client communication
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proven experience in building and managing strong client relationships
