Job Description

As a Senior Lead Artist at Ten Square Games, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining the game's visual style, guiding and mentoring junior artists, creating assets for new localizations, collaborating with producers on asset production planning, and working with cross-functional teams to optimize the production pipeline. You will actively participate in creating new game localizations and incorporate 2D, 3D, and UI art into new game projects. The role requires experience leading art teams in game development, proficiency in relevant software (Photoshop, 3DS Max, Blender), and a passion for gaming.

Must Have:

2+ years experience leading art teams in game dev
Unity engine experience
Proficiency in 2D & 3D software (Photoshop, 3DS Max, Blender)
High-quality asset creation
Passion for games & industry knowledge
UI design understanding
Fluent English

What is this job all about?

We keep developing, and our teams are growing. We’re currently looking for a Senior Lead Artist!

What will you be doing?

Developing and maintaining the final look of the game;
Sharing feedback and providing guidance, mentorship, and support to 2D and 3D Artists to ensure the successful execution of design projects;
Creating assets and actively participating in creating new localizations within the game.
Collaborating with Producer (Project Manager) to coordinate the planning of assets production;
Working closely with cross-functional partners and product managers to strengthen and scale the production pipeline as well as drive innovative solutions;
Eating, sleeping, and breathing 2D, 3D, and/or UI art and incorporating it into our new games.

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in the art leader/coordinator position in game development (min. 2 years);
Exposure to Unity game engine;
Capacity to work independently as well as leading the art team;
Experience in 2D & 3D software, e.g. Photoshop, 3DS Max, Blender etc.;
Demonstrated ability to produce top-quality assets;
Being passionate about games and having up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in game design and visual communication;
Understanding the importance of User Interface design and its value importance;
Possessing knowledge and comprehension of the project's features;
Taking pride in what you do;
Value and respect feedback from your team;
Fluent English.
