Whimsy Games is looking for a Senior LeadGen / Mid SDR who knows how to drive results and build lasting partnerships in game development. This role involves market research, lead identification and qualification, creating and managing outbound campaigns on LinkedIn and email, tracking performance, scheduling intro calls, and collaborating with Sales. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation or SDR roles, ideally in GameDev, with strong English, experience in ICP identification, campaign management, CRM systems, and communication skills.
Must Have:- 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation or SDR roles (ideally in GameDev or closely related industry)
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Experience in identifying ICP profiles and prospects
- Experience in preparing and managing LinkedIn and email campaigns, including automation tools
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong communication skills
- A team player with strong ownership, motivation, and a focus on results
