The Senior Level Designer will contribute to the design and development of exciting game levels for an open-world action game. The role involves collaborating with a team, bringing creative visions to life, taking ownership of complex game parts, mentoring less experienced designers, and working on core games for PC and consoles. The role requires proficiency in 3D game engines and strong communication skills. The company is looking for a passionate and collaborative individual to help create memorable gaming experiences.

We are looking for a Senior Level Designer to join our team! You’ll contribute to the design and development of exciting game levels on our open world action game and beyond. We value creativity, collaboration, and passion for making memorable gaming experiences. Sounds like you? Read on!


What we’re looking for:

  • You are an experienced Senior Level Designer with a proven background in creating and releasing playable content for multiple games.
  • You have a passion for designing games and crafting engaging and fun levels.
  • You’re skilled at turning gameplay concepts into quick prototypes and fully realized, playable spaces within given timeframes.
  • You’re proficient with 3D game engines, can quickly block out levels and set up simple events or enemy encounters with common level/gameplay scripting tools.
  • You’re a strong communicator who can collaborate seamlessly with designers, artists, and developers to improve quality across all aspects.
  • You’re a confident and inclusive team player who enjoys helping others and learning from them.
  • Fluent in English & optional German


Bonus skills:

  • Experience working with Unity.
  • Experience designing levels for third-person shooters.
  • Experience designing open world content.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with a team of experienced, motivated, and friendly level designers.
  • Work closely with game designers and level artists to bring creative visions to life.
  • Take ownership over larger or more complex parts of the game.
  • Mentor less experienced designers and give feedback on their tasks.
  • Work on core games for PC and consoles (Shooter, RPG) that you’ll be proud of.
  • Contribute significantly to our games and help shape their final form.
