We are seeking an experienced Senior Lighting Artist to join our team in creating visually stunning and immersive game environments. As a Senior Lighting Artist, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling in-game cinematics and establishing mood and atmosphere that align with the game's artistic vision. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with a talented team of artists and developers, and contribute to the development of innovative lighting techniques.

Within this role you will be:
Working closely with the Creative Director, and other artists to shape and maintain the game's visual style and lighting quality,
Creating dramatic and compelling lighting that supports photorealistic rendering, enhances environmental storytelling, and establishes depth and layering in scenes,
Leveraging game engine tools (e.g., Unreal Engine) to achieve high-quality lighting while respecting artistic and technical constraints,
Optimizing lighting to balance visual quality and performance.
5+ years of experience working in a similar position in game development and/or film/VFX production, with a strong understanding of AAA production processes and constraints,
Good knowledge of at least one game development engine (preferably Unreal Engine),
Excellent knowledge of the game production pipeline,
Excellent knowledge of composition, framing, colour and light,
High level of creativity,
Strong communication and collaboration skills to foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
It would be also nice to have:
Artistic background,
Cinematic approach and post-processing skills,
Passion for horrors (games, movies, books).
