Senior Linux System Engineer

Arctic7 is seeking an experienced Senior Linux System Engineer with a strong background in Golang development and Linux systems. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software components using Golang, scripting with Bash and Python, and working closely with Linux systems for configuration, optimization, and Kernel-level customization. The ideal candidate will contribute to system and network programming efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related issues, combining solid engineering skills with deep system-level understanding.

Must Have

• Proven experience as a Linux System Engineer or Backend Engineer with strong Golang expertise
• Deep understanding of Linux systems and network fundamentals
• Knowledge of system programming, network programming, and Linux Kernel concepts

Good to Have

• Experience with PHP, Python, or FreeBSD
• Familiarity with security best practices and system performance tuning
