Job Summary
Arctic7 is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to launch its first outbound campaign for the Game-to-Screen Sprint, an initiative bridging exceptional game IP with opportunities in film, TV, and XR. This role involves sourcing and engaging prospects across the global games industry, building accurate prospect lists, executing personalized outreach via email and LinkedIn, and collaborating with leadership to refine messaging and strategy. The SDR will directly contribute to company growth by opening doors with senior decision-makers.
Must Have
- Identify high-potential game studios and publishers with IP suited for adaptation into film/TV/XR
- Build and maintain accurate prospect lists in CRM (Zoho)
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn to generate discovery conversations
- Partner closely with leadership to refine messaging, scripts, and campaign strategy
- Track engagement metrics and deliver clear weekly reporting
- Share prospect insights that shape pitches and strengthen collaboration with sales and creative teams
- 1–3 years of outbound B2B sales or business development experience
- Excellent written communication skills with a natural talent for concise, engaging messaging
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Confidence in reaching out to senior executives and creative leadership (studio heads, producers, etc.)
- Genuine interest in games, film, and transmedia storytelling
Good to Have
- Media, tech, or gaming experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Development Representative who thrives on outreach, research, and meaningful conversation.

What You Will Do:
- Identify high-potential game studios and publishers with IP suited for adaptation into film/TV/XR.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect lists in our CRM (Zoho).
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn to generate discovery conversations.
- Partner closely with leadership to refine messaging, scripts, and campaign strategy.
- Track engagement metrics and deliver clear weekly reporting.
- Share prospect insights that shape pitches and strengthen collaboration with sales and creative teams.
What We Are Looking For:
- 1–3 years of outbound B2B sales or business development experience (media, tech, or gaming experience strongly preferred).
- Excellent written communication skills with a natural talent for concise, engaging messaging.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho is a plus) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Confidence in reaching out to senior executives and creative leadership (studio heads, producers, etc.).
- Genuine interest in games, film, and transmedia storytelling.
Success Metrics:
- 100+ qualified leads added to CRM per month.
- 100–150 outbound touches per week (email + LinkedIn).
- 10–15 discovery calls scheduled per month.
