Roles and Responsibility
We are recruiting for a highly motivated Electrical Engineer for their design team. The position requires in-depth knowledge and experience in design and development of Electricals Power and Controls, uses best practices and knowledge to improve products and services, solves complex problems, and brings a new perspective using existing solutions.
This role requires strong communication, in addition to being comfortable with working independently through ambiguities under minimal guidance, and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Designing and implementing Electricals & AC Panel, or improving electrical tools, facilities, components selection, equipment products.
- Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
- Conferring with customers, different standards, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
- Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
- Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed design calculations.
- Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
- Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
- Estimating material, construction / development costs for budget preparation.
- Helping / Guiding in Maintaining electrical equipment.
- Working with a variety of technicians.
