As the Senior Manager of Global Tax Accounting, you’ll responsible for Iron Mountain’s Global Tax Reporting function. You are a strategic and analytical leader with deep knowledge in Income Tax Accounting (ASC 740). The position will report to the Senior Director, Tax and will work remotely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…

• Oversee outsource partner to lead the Company’s global income tax provision and associated analytical documents to ensure financial statement are in compliance with USGAAP and deadlines are met
• Provide guidance to global accounting team to ensure the accuracy of the tax accounts and provide technical guidance based on USGAAP
• Partner with Financial Planning and Treasury groups to process and accuracy of cash taxes and effective tax rate
• Responsible for SOX control to meet the Sarbanes Oxley compliance requirement
• Identify and recommend any necessary process change to improve efficiency
• Monitor any tax law developments and work closely with outsource partner to provide implementation recommendation
