Join our AGS team as a Release Train Engineer to work with global clients!

As an RTE, you will be the engine of our Agile Release Train (ART), facilitating key events, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment between teams, leaders, and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Lead Program Increment (PI) events, such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
• Coordinate synchronizations between teams and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Be a reference and coach for Scrum Masters and agile leaders.
• Communicate progress and performance metrics to key stakeholders.
• Optimize the value flow from ideation to release.

Requirements:

• +5 years of experience in software development.
• Advanced English (exclusive).
• 2-3 years as RTE, VSE or Scrum Master in SAFe or scaled Agile environments.
• Experience leading PI Planning in large ARTs.
• Deep knowledge of SAFe and tools like Jira Align, Rally, etc.
• Excellent facilitation, servant leadership, and communication skills.

Desirable:

• SAFe RTE Certification.
• Experience in CI/CD environments and DevOps principles.
• Background in release or program management.

• Understand the importance of having correct information management.
• Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
• Correct Information Security Management.
