Job Description & Summary

We are PwC Argentina, a leading firm in the market for Audit, Consulting, Tax, Legal, and Outsourcing services. We have 7 offices distributed in Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Mendoza, and Rosario where we serve the needs of our local clients and, through our Acceleration Center, we export knowledge to the global PwC network, mainly to the United States and Europe.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years working with ServiceNow (ideally in different modules).
• Hybrid profile: ServiceNow Developer + Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in development and analysis within ServiceNow.
• Knowledge in PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and experience in SPM (desirable).
• Coding experience in ServiceNow.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications and technical training.
• Advanced English and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in business process design (plus).
• Knowledge in SDLC, project delivery, and agile development.

Tasks

• Develop and maintain solutions in ServiceNow, especially in the SPM module.
• Participate in the design and optimization of business processes.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and analysis for portfolio management.
• Ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities and solve problems.
• Contribute to innovation in portfolio management processes and tools.
