Job Description

The Data & Analysis team at Digitas seeks a Senior Analyst to drive strategic growth for clients through data-driven insights. This role involves analyzing large datasets, making cross-channel recommendations, and communicating strategic ideas. The Senior Analyst will build the foundation for data-driven marketing, working on brand and acquisition campaigns, site optimization, and online testing strategies to achieve client goals.
Good To Have:
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) for ideation, research, or content generation.
Must Have:
  • Institute frameworks for project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement and reporting.
  • Analyze large data sets, uncover insights, and provide impactful recommendations to clients.
  • Connect data across channels (display, site, search, email, social) for a holistic marketing view.
  • Communicate regularly with clients on deliverables and ad-hoc requests.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve client business goals.
  • Possess 3-5 years of experience in analytics or strategy.
  • Hold a four-year college degree.
  • Be fluent in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and data analysis tools like SQL or Tableau.

Overview

The Data & Analysis team uses data-driven insights to fuel strategic growth for clients, believing that data should be actively used to bring the best ideas and stories. We are looking for an outstanding Senior Analyst who can analyze massive data sets, make insightful cross-channel recommendations, and communicate strategic ideas to clients.

As a Senior Analyst, you will build the strategic and tactical foundation for data-driven marketing efforts, working to achieve client goals through brand and acquisition campaigns, site optimization, and/or online testing strategy.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Instituting frameworks across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting.
  • Diving into large data sets, uncovering insights, and providing impactful recommendations to clients.
  • Connecting the dots across channels through data (including display media, site, search, email, and social) to provide a holistic view of marketing efforts.
  • Communicating with clients regularly on scheduled deliverables and ad-hoc requests.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive success for client’s business goals.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics or strategy.
  • A four-year college degree.
  • Passion for digital marketing and emerging trends in the digital landscape.
  • Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels.
  • Fluency with Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups) and/or other data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Compensation Range: $72,390-$99,960 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
