Job Description

The Senior Producer will lead development teams for World of Warships, a naval combat game. Responsibilities include forming product roadmaps, prioritizing project goals, monitoring implementation, and analyzing results. The Senior Producer will actively participate in product reviews, drive project planning, monitor key metrics, lead and grow cross-functional teams, foster a decision-making culture, track project status, and evangelize best practices. They are responsible for ensuring smooth collaboration and delivering features to engage players.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to lead the development teams on World of Warships, our flagship online naval combat game.

As Senior Producer, you’ll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, ensuring smooth collaboration across internal departments, and delivering high-quality features and updates that keep our players engaged.

What will you do?

  • Participate in the formation of the product roadmap based on the product development strategy.
  • Prioritizing and setting project goals based on product metrics, monitoring their implementation, and retrospectively analyzing results.
  • Be an active participant in product reviews, with a focus on delivery and the validation of game design proposals to ensure alignment with core/meta gameplay objectives.
  • Drive project planning and execution by coordinating with functional leads and capturing requirements for key game milestones and services.
  • Monitor and analyze key product metrics to guide decision-making and ensure continuous alignment.
  • Lead and grow the cross-functional development teams.
  • Foster a decision-making culture at the producer level while aligning with stakeholder goals, product vision, and technical constraints.
  • Track and communicate project status, risks, and delivery confidence to the Game Leadership.
  • Establish and maintain team performance KPIs and progress tracking tools (e.g. Jira) to ensure alignment and transparency across teams.
  • Proactively monitor and manage delivery risks through cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
  • Evangelize and implement best practices in production and team operations, constantly optimizing for efficiency and scalability.

  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional development teams in a PC/Console game production environment.
  • A deep understanding of the full game development lifecycle, especially in large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire, organize and elevate teams.
  • Expertise in project planning, risk management and continuous process improvement.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
