In this role, you’ll focus primarily on designing web-based tools and dashboards for our B2B partners—including employers, researchers, and clinicians—while also ensuring those experiences connect seamlessly to the mobile app used by Oura members. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Commercial teams to craft solutions that empower organizations to gain meaningful and actionable insights from population-level data, while protecting individual privacy and supporting members in their personal wellness journeys.

What you will do:

  • Design UX, UI, and data viz for Oura enterprise web and mobile app features and evolve our design system across platforms (web, mobile, tablet, printable reports, etc)
  • Work closely with product managers, UX researchers, and developers to create and iterate on features and continually improve the Oura experience across all touchpoints
  • Create wireframes, build prototypes, and deliver pixel-perfect visual designs to deliver actionable insights to organizations and improve user outcomes
  • Collaborate and share feedback with Oura’s product design team to maintain UX excellence and brand consistency across channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to improve the work and fit it into a holistic multi-platform experience
  • Captivate the interest of the company and drive alignment around the design vision through clear and compelling communication about the work

This is a hybrid-remote role, with the expectation to work from our San Francisco offices at least half-time.
