SYBO is part of the Miniclip family and known for the widely popular game, Subway Surfers — the most downloaded mobile game in the world, with over four billion downloads. Located in the heart of Copenhagen, we aim to create playful moments that inspire our fans to care.
We’re cooking something new and exciting for the world to see - and we’d love you to be part of it!
We’re looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to join the team behind our next big title that’s in the final stages of development. You’ll play a key role in helping us cross the finish line, prepare for launch, and gear up for a successful LiveOps phase. This is a rare chance to get in just before a release that we expect to turn heads, and maybe even break a few charts.
You’ll take ownership of key areas of the product, working closely with a cross-functional team to make sure we’re set up for both great gameplay and business success. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, put your experiences to use, and create an impact on a large upcoming release, we’d love to hear from you!
We’re based in Denmark, Copenhagen, and invite you to join us in our beautiful studio and life in Copenhagen (continuously awarded top placement in 'Happiest Country in the World'!).
This position is an IC role reporting into the Director of Product.
Manage product features and LiveOps strategy - from ideation to launch - ensuring alignment with business goals and performance metrics.
Craft product specs and collaborate closely with design, art, and engineering to deliver high-quality, impactful features.
Analyze player data and market trends to enhance engagement, retention, and monetization
Design and run experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and scale proven features.
Apply data-informed decision-making in your work and help foster a culture where data informs thinking, experimentation, and measurable impact.
Work with game designers, analysts, and marketing to prioritize roadmap items with clear expected outcomes, and maintain cross-team alignment on goals and timelines.
Contribute to a culture of curiosity, quality, continuous improvement and a focus on impact within your pod and across the wider product team.
Keeping a curious mind, and bringing alternative points of view with strong thinking
In your first month, you’ll get a clear understanding of the game vision and roadmap, and learn how the team works together to realize it. You’ll start building effective relationships with your pod and the broader product team.
In your first 3 months, you’ll be fully up to speed and have taken ownership of your pod’s roadmap. You’ll be fully engaged with the team on your first projects and will likely have pitched your first idea. Expect to be deep into new features or improvements by this point.
By the end of your first year, you'll have significantly contributed to the development of your game, with quantifiable results evident in important KPIs such as revenue, engagement, and retention. You’ve established yourself as a trusted voice in the team and helped us make even better games!
Extensive understanding of game KPIs, monetization strategies, and player preferences - you know how to transform insights into results.
Comfortable using Excel, Tableau, and Looker to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
Previous experience contributing against a Product Roadmap, collaborating across disciplines, and developing features from concept to live.
Skilled communicator who can bring teams together and guide decisions without needing formal leadership.
Possesses a natural curiosity and a readiness to explore different perspectives or recommend improved strategies.
Hands-on experience with LiveOps or event design.
