Job Description
As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for executing a product vision that meets user needs, aligns with our business goals, and drives growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, develop product specifications, and ensure timely delivery. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, defining customer needs and proposing features. You will design user journeys, create user story maps, develop MVPs and release plans, collaborate with UI/UX designers, extract and breakdown Epics and Features into user stories. You'll also maintain a prioritized backlog, ensure user stories are ready for development, communicate user stories, gather feedback, analyze impacts, track sprint progress, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Must have:
- Understands the business and defines customer needs.
- Designs user journeys, story maps, and MVPs.
- Extracts and breaks down Epics and Features.
- Maintains a prioritized backlog.
- Ensures user stories are ready for development.
- Communicates user stories clearly to the dev team.
- Participates in Agile Ceremonies.
- Performs product demos for customers.

Job Details
We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Owner to join our team and work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design and customer support, to ensure that the products meet user needs and are delivered at high quality.
As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for executing a product vision that meets user needs, aligns with our business goals, and drives growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, develop product specifications, and ensure timely delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understands the business very well, be able to define customer needs and proposes features to meet those needs·
- Design User Journeys, User story maps and come up with MVPs and Release plans·
- Collaborates with UI/UX designer and develop wireframes·
- Extracts Epics and Features then break them down to user stories·
- Maintains a clean and prioritized backlog with at least 2 sprints ready ahead·
- Ensures user stories are “ready” for development to start work with clear “Acceptance criteria”.
- Communicates user stories with dev team in a clear way and answers their questions·
- Gets/provides feedback and updates the backlog·
- Does impact and integration analysis·
- Tracks progress towards the Sprint releases·
- Holds and participates in Agile Ceremonies as Backlog Grooming, Sprint planning.
- Performs product demos for customers
