Senior Reliability Engineer
Job Description:
Perform reliability evaluation of IC products, packages, and process technology with focus on suitability to end applications and conformance to industry standards.Perform device level failure analysis for an in-depth understanding of IC device failures.Analyze reliability results, device parameter trends and apply acceleration models to predict reliability in the field.Actively manage reliability engineering projects in support of product and process development projects. Assist in the design, selection and setup of new reliability test hardware and equipment.
Requirements:
Candidate must have hands-on experience in the following areas.Evaluation and design of reliability test hardware for dynamic life testing, reliability testing, statistical analysis, modeling of reliability data, ATE test data interpretation, device level electrical characterization, and IC failure analysis.Only candidates with prior working experience as reliability engineer in the semiconductor field with an in-depth understanding of semiconductor device reliability will be given consideration.Candidates with experience with analog and mixed signal ICs and with GaN technology will be given priority.
Education:B.S.E.E. is required; M.S.E.E is preferred. Candidates with advanced college degree in Physics and Applied Physics may be considered based on work experience and necessary skill set.
Power Integrations is committed to building teams that drive innovation and therefore review a range of factors when determining compensation. The annual base pay range for this position is $95,913 - $144,599. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, qualifications and work location.
