  • Work on account and opportunity management by reviewing account approvals, updating account hierarchy and territory models.
  • Support initiatives related to data integrity for operational or strategic projects.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in relevant roles such as Sales/Revenue Operations, Data, or Finance.
  • Knowledge of B2B tech go-to-market processes and tools/technologies, including SFDC, CPQ, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel.

  • Perform defined business process activities in key go-to-market applications
  • Surface potential process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Execute data hygiene activities across multiple areas such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and Renewals
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, assess data completeness, and manage bulk data cleanup and reassignment within marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Work on account and opportunity management by reviewing account approvals, updating account hierarchy and territory models
  • Support initiatives related to data integrity for operational or strategic projects
  • Scope current/future requirements, conduct diagnostic, and implement data fixes, and establish monitoring and governance in adherence to standards and processes
  • Work with cross-functional operations teams and lines of business to standardize best practices and achieve operational efficiency/standardization

##### Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in relevant roles such as Sales/Revenue Operations, Data, or Finance
  • Knowledge of B2B tech go-to-market processes and tools/technologies, including SFDC, CPQ, and marketing automation platforms
  • Prior experience in SaaS/Subscription recurring revenue model is preferred
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to thrive in an open-ended, cross-functional role, work in a dynamic environment, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and be challenged
  • Team player with ability to work with peers and stakeholders across global departments
