Senior Scrum Master

In Wolters Kluwer Italia, a rapidly growing organization, with the ambition to revolutionize the way professionals manage accounting, tax declarations and compliance required by Italian law, for the Technology function of the Tax & Accounting division, we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master. Your Role

As a Scrum Master, you will be the reference point for multiple software development teams, facilitating the adoption and evolution of agile practices. You will be an active part of the Scrum Master Chapter, contributing to the concrete evolution of the agile mindset and the scaling of the organization. You will work side by side with developers, functional experts, Product Owners and stakeholders, in a dynamic and collaborative context.

What you will do

• Guide teams in adopting Scrum values and practices, promoting autonomy, responsibility and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Scrum events with attention to quality, sustainable pace and transparency.
• Support the removal of impediments, protect the team from distractions and foster a safe environment for problem solving.
• Promote collaboration between teams and stakeholders, improving communication and visibility of work.
• Contribute to the definition and monitoring of agile metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the agile strategy, collaborating with other Scrum Masters and leaders to identify systemic improvement actions.
• Support agile scaling, experimenting and adapting scaling practices, appropriate to organizational complexity.

Who we are looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex software product development teams.
• Excellent facilitation, leadership, negotiation and change management skills.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, eXtreme Programming or other agile practices.
• Familiarity with agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale or others).
• Agile coach and mentor attitude, desire to learn and grow others.
• Proficiency in visual work and backlog management tools (Miro, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence or others).
• Excellent confidence in using Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
• Fluent English for international collaborations.
