WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
We are currently scaling our operations in the Reconcile & Lifecycle Product Area and composing a new scrum team with frontend and backend Software Engineers for the purpose of building a modernized Reconciliation Manager. We are looking for a full stack Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about building the right solutions in close collaboration with the team, Product Owner and Solution Architect. The ideal candidate has experience with frontend and backend solutions, preferably including cloud migrations. The team will consist of members in Ukraine, Poland, Denmark, Germany and India, meaning that both on-site and online collaboration is key.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In collaboration with your team taking ownership of the design, development, maintenance, testing strategy, and operations of the frontend solutions (hosted in the cloud)
Building solid frontend components based on modern software patterns - both as an individual contributor and in pairs or subgroups within the team
Be curious and stay up to date with latest development trends
Suggest and implement best-in-class engineering practices in the team
Engage actively in design sessions to ensure your team delivers high-quality work
Contribute to designing, implementing, and maintaining a healthy build pipeline
Tightly collaborating with Frontend developers, System Architects, and UX designers
Your qualifications
A M.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or similar field
Experience with Cloud and On-Prem Infrastructures
Solid understanding of, and experience with, the Angular platform, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Strong understanding of modern Web Technologies
Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure – particularly Azure
Good knowledge and experience (3+ years) in C# (.NET or .NET Framework)
Knowledge and experience in the financial domain, fintech, derivatives is an advantage
Proficiency in writing unit tests to ensure code reliability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
Curiosity and readiness to learn in-house tools and frameworks
Understanding and adherence to XP practices (TDD, pair-programming etc.)
Practical knowledge of relational DBs (Oracle, SQLite etc.)
Awareness of CI/CD processes and tools (git, TeamCity etc.)
Experience with Domain-Driven Design is a plus
