The Platform team at Rippling is building the Customer Sandbox environment from the ground up — and as a senior engineer on this team you will be responsible to take it from 0 → 1 → 10. This is a foundational initiative that will redefine how complex systems are developed, integrated, and rigorously validated at scale.
You’ll be at the forefront of solving critical distributed systems challenges — from deep tenant data isolation to cross-platform consistency — across one of the most ambitious enterprise platforms in the world. As a Senior Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, execution, and reliability of the Customer Sandbox ecosystem.
