Job Summary

Deeply align with the project's core art style, independently complete in-game interface, icon, and other UI designs, ensuring visual consistency with the game's worldview. Independently drive the complete design process for interfaces and system UI, actively communicate and collaborate cross-functionally, and promote the implementation of solutions to enhance the overall visual presentation. Follow up on design implementation and acceptance throughout, working closely with the development team to verify interface fidelity, animation performance, and other details, ensuring 1:1 precise implementation of design solutions and maintaining product quality consistent with design standards.

Must Have

  • Art-related major
  • 8+ years of game UI experience
  • Familiar with the entire game UI process from requirement docking, design output, slicing delivery to implementation acceptance
  • Solid art foundation, strong design expression and imagination, clear understanding of game interaction, strong aesthetic ability

Good to Have

  • SLG project experience
  • Outsourcing management experience
  • Deep involvement in 1-2 commercial UI design projects, including analyzing competitor commercial UI design strengths and weaknesses, formulating design solutions, and being responsible for payment scenario design
  • Strong sense of standardization awareness
  • Proficiency in Figma and AI
  • Collaborative spirit, proactive awareness, strong sense of responsibility, adaptable to project pace, able to withstand certain work pressure, maintain a learning spirit
  • Strong communication skills, good at collecting/organizing/summarizing information, clearly expressing design intentions, ability to analyze competitor's visual performance, good at learning, and exposure to new technologies

Job Requirements

1. Art-related major, 8+ years of game UI experience, SLG project experience preferred. Outsourcing management experience preferred.

2. Deep involvement in 1-2 commercial UI design projects preferred, including analyzing competitor commercial UI design strengths and weaknesses, formulating design solutions, and being responsible for payment scenario design.
