Job Description

Based on data analysis and user insights, formulate user full lifecycle maintenance strategies to improve core indicators such as game user retention and activity. Establish a user stratification system, design differentiated operation plans, and optimize user growth paths. Monitor user behavior data, public opinion feedback, and business risks in real-time, quickly identify problems, and lead cross-departmental collaboration to implement solutions. Plan and execute diverse operational activities to enhance user emotional connection and belonging. Design user incentive systems to drive continuous user participation in the game ecosystem. Build user operation data dashboards and regularly output analysis reports to provide a basis for product iteration and strategy optimization.

  • Deep SLG game or MMO game management experience (e.g., alliance leader, guild leader)

  • 3-5 years of user operations experience
  • Acute insight into user needs and problems
  • Deep game player, familiar with mainstream games, understanding player psychology and behavior logic
  • Strong self-drive, results-oriented, adaptable to the fast-changing pace of the game industry
  • Excellent problem decomposition ability and crisis handling experience
  • Ability to independently drive complex projects to completion
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Job Description

1. User Strategy Formulation

  • Based on data analysis and user insights, formulate user full lifecycle maintenance strategies to promote the improvement of core indicators such as game user retention and activity.
  • Establish a user stratification system, design differentiated operation plans (such as new and old user recall, high-value user deep cultivation, etc.), and optimize user growth paths.

2. Problem Diagnosis and Risk Control

  • Monitor user behavior data, public opinion feedback, and business risks in real-time, quickly identify problems (such as user churn, experience pain points, etc.).
  • Lead cross-departmental collaboration (product, customer service, marketing, etc.), formulate and implement solutions to ensure problem closure.

3. User Engagement Enhancement

  • Plan and execute diverse operational activities (such as themed events, holiday celebrations, player community operations, etc.) to enhance user emotional connection and sense of belonging.
  • Design user incentive systems (achievement system, social fission, etc.) to drive users to continuously participate in the game ecosystem.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Build user operation data dashboards, regularly output analysis reports, and provide a basis for product iteration and strategy optimization.
  • Track industry trends and competitor dynamics, and explore innovative operation models.

Job Requirements

1. Core Competencies

  • 3-5 years of user operations experience. Bonus: successful user operations/maintenance/service cases.
  • Acute insight into user needs and problems.
  • Deep game player, familiar with mainstream games, understanding player psychology and behavior logic. Bonus: deep SLG game or MMO game management (alliance leader, guild leader, president).

2. Quality Requirements

  • Strong self-drive, results-oriented, adaptable to the fast-changing pace of the game industry.
  • Possess excellent problem decomposition ability and crisis handling experience, capable of independently driving complex projects to completion.
  • Possess excellent communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, good at cross-departmental resource integration.
