The Strategic Growth team plays a pivotal role in Attentive’s growth by fostering high-impact, long-term partnerships with our customers. Our mission is to unlock the full potential of the Attentive platform for each customer by delivering advanced strategic insights and real-time solutions. Why Attentive needs you

    • Devise strategies and roadmaps together with prospects and existing customers, working cross-functionally across Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services on how to improve and modernize a customer’s state of marketing
    • Partner with key decision-makers to craft comprehensive marketing transformation strategies that go beyond short-term wins, focusing on long-term business value and growth
    • Drive customer growth by translating data-driven analysis of customers' multi-channel marketing campaigns into a business case that leads to increased performance and incremental product adoption
    • Provide leadership and direction for large, complex initiatives, aligning internal resources to ensure high-quality execution
    • Develop content, tools, and methodologies that scale across Attentive’s customer base, incorporating cutting-edge industry insights and feedback into repeatable, high-value offerings
    • Conduct account and industry targeted research to educate internal GTM teams and Attentive customers

About you

    • Leadership & Vision: You’re a strategic thinker with 8+ years of experience in direct marketing, consulting, or martech. You’re passionate about shaping the future, not just reacting to the present
    • Business Impact: You have demonstrated success in translating performance metrics into strategic, actionable insights that drive business outcomes for large organizations
    • Relationship Builder: You excel in fostering high-level relationships, able to communicate effectively with C-suite leaders, and guide them toward critical decisions that shape their growth trajectory
    • Creative Problem Solver: You enjoy the challenge of tackling complex problems with tailored solutions, always seeking the most effective way to deliver value
    • Cross-functional Influencer: You have a strong ability to collaborate across departments and lead initiatives that require coordinated effort across Sales, Product, and Customer Success
    • Execution-Oriented: You have a proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with precision, always keeping an eye on delivering results and impact
    • Industry Knowledge: You understand how Attentive fits into the larger marketing tech ecosystem and have a keen ability to guide clients in integrating our platform for maximum impact

For US based applicants:
- The standard base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $175,000 annually + bonus/commission + equity + benefits
- This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
