ServiceNow GRC Consultant

Devoteam N Platform supports companies in designing future-proof, efficient, and fully digital Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes based on the ServiceNow platform. As a Senior or Lead ServiceNow GRC Consultant, you will guide clients in modernizing their GRC and SecOps processes, combining process understanding, technology expertise, and consulting skills to establish sustainable control, risk, and compliance processes. Your tasks include analyzing, designing, and optimizing GRC, Risk, Compliance, or SecOps processes, moderating workshops, and developing sustainable solution architectures and implementation strategies based on ServiceNow.

Must Have

• Analyze, design, and optimize GRC, Risk, Compliance, or SecOps processes.
• Moderate workshops on process definition, reengineering, gap analyses, and best practices.
• Develop sustainable solution architectures, roadmaps, and implementation strategies based on ServiceNow (IRM, SecOps, BCM etc.).
• Identify efficiency and automation potentials, including risk, impact, and priority assessment.
• Advise clients on organizational changes and transformation projects.
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders.
• Support Pre-Sales: scoping, effort estimates, RFP processing, and solution design.
• Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in Governance, Risk, Compliance or IT SecOps.
• Know-how in process modeling, process optimization or quality management.
• Experience in moderating workshops and dealing with client-side stakeholders.
• Experience in leading projects or workstreams.
• Routine in Pre-Sales, Scoping and offer processes.
• Very good German and English language skills.

Job Description

As a Senior or Lead ServiceNow GRC Consultant, you will accompany our clients in modernizing their GRC and SecOps processes. You will combine process understanding, technology know-how, and consulting expertise to establish sustainable control, risk, and compliance processes.

Your tasks

• Analysis, design, and optimization of GRC, Risk, Compliance, or SecOps processes
• Moderation of workshops on process definition, reengineering, gap analyses, and best practices
• Development of sustainable solution architectures, roadmaps, and implementation strategies based on ServiceNow (IRM, SecOps, BCM etc.)
• Identification of efficiency and automation potentials including assessment of risks, impacts, and priorities
• Consulting our clients on organizational changes as well as in transformation projects
• Close collaboration with our delivery teams and client-side stakeholders
• Support in Pre-Sales: scoping, effort estimates, RFP processing, and solution design
• Depending on seniority, you will also take on the following levels of responsibility:
• Independently take on demanding technical tasks, workstreams, and process designs or
• As Engagement Manager, take delivery responsibility, technically lead project teams, and act as a central Trusted Advisor for stakeholders at management level

Qualifications

• Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in Governance, Risk, Compliance or IT SecOps – ideally in the context of process management or platforms like ServiceNow
• Know-how in process modeling, process optimization or quality management
• Experience in moderating workshops and dealing with client-side stakeholders
• Team-oriented, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
• Motivation to further develop GRC processes data-driven and technologically
• Experience in leading projects or workstreams
• Routine in Pre-Sales, Scoping and offer processes
• Very good German and English language skills

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., IRM, SecOps) are a plus – but not a must.
