Job Description

The Service Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, selling, and driving maximum value with NiCE's Value Realization Services (VRS) portfolio for existing and new customers across the Americas region. VRS includes Consulting Services, Managed Services, and Advanced Services, helping customers maintain system availability and performance. The individual will be a primary driver of sales for these services, owning the sales process from initial contact to expansion and renewal. Responsibilities include becoming a subject matter expert, driving sales in an overlay model, developing Go-To-Market strategies, focusing on services-only sales, mining the existing customer base for opportunities, articulating the value of proposed solutions, creating new opportunities through evangelizing solutions, providing accurate forecasting, and ensuring ongoing value for renewals.
Must have:
  • 8+ years of selling/customer management in IT
  • Proven experience selling solutions/services to domestic/global accounts
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Vertical expertise (Telco, Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, etc.)
  • Understanding of current IT technologies and business challenges
  • Technical understanding of Services and Maintenance terminology
  • High-level technical skills and fast learning curve
  • Creativity and self-starter mentality
Good to have:
  • Experience/knowledge of Service related to CCaaS and CX
  • Experience in Business and Advisory Consulting
  • Experience in Transformation Consulting
  • Experience in Managed Services

The Service Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, selling and driving maximum value with the NiCE’s Value Realization Services (VRS) portfolio for existing and new customers across the Americas region. VRS is NiCE’s business and strategic consulting services organization.  VRS contains services such as Consulting Services, Managed Services and Advanced Services.

The NiCE VRS offering helps customers keep the systems available and performing as expected.  The SSE is the primary driver of sales relating specifically to this distinct service. The individual will be highly motivated, entrepreneurial, independent, and able to own the entire sales process from first contact through expansion and renewal.

Location: Candidates must reside in the Central or Eastern time zone.

How will you make an impact?

  • Become the Subject Matter Expert and act as a "go to" person for Americas sales team for VRS selling
  • Drive sales opportunities while working in an overlay sales model to leverage the existing NiCE sales organization infrastructure
  • Deliver on organizational strategy with the NiCE VRS model to instigate and drive positive change
  • Develop a Go-To- Market (GTM) strategy and maintain Continuous (VRS) pipeline
  • Focus on services-only sales (unattached to product) that drive customer value and success
  • Mine the current NiCE installed base and develop new VRS opportunities - “Tailor” and expand the solutions to fit specific customer requirements while working closely NiCE VRS business.
  • Work and offer proposed NiCE VRS solutions and articulate their true value based upon customer’s strategy and directions
  • Create new opportunities by evangelizing the solutions to new customers and stakeholders - engage with prospect customers to position the offering through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasting
  • Ensure on-going and continuous value to drive renewals of sold accounts

Have you got what it takes?

  • At least 8 years of selling and customer management experience in the IT industry (Advantage of previous experience selling services added value)
  • Proven experience in selling solutions and services to domestic, regional and global accounts (high touch with VP / C Level experience)
  • Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal relationship
  • Vertical expertise in one or more of the following: Telco, Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, Retail, Outsource, Travel, Utilities
  • Understanding current technologies and IT related infrastructure and business challenges
  • Technical understanding of Services and Maintenance terminology, technology and practices
  • High-level technical skills & fast learning curve of product & application
  • Creativity - Self-Starter, “out of the box” thinker, tailor and expand solutions to fit specific customer requirements based upon customer's strategy and directions
  • Build good working relationship and cooperation with the regional presales / sales organization

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience/knowledge of Service as it relates to CCaaS and CX in areas such as Business and Advisory Consulting, Transformation Consulting and Managed Services.
