Setup Manager - Junior

Overview:

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Setup Manager in Tbilisi, Georgia to join our Game Aggregator.
You'll work with our clients, contributing to our continued growth and innovation.

You'll support our clients while working with a team of true teamplayers to create a sense of dependability and mutual trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect clients to the aggregator.
• Connect clients to game providers: full support of the client's request (changing RTP, limits, adding currencies).
• Work with documents.
• Work with Jira, Confluence, Gmail and Gitlab.

Required Experience:

• Experience in iGaming field or in technical support.
• Information analysis skills.
• Independence and responsibility.
• Ability to work in a team.
• English B1+ level.
• Russian B2 level.
