Job Summary
SOFTSWISS is expanding its team and seeking a Junior QA Specialist. This role involves testing new features in Production and QA environments, performing functional and non-functional testing, monitoring logs, maintaining test documentation, analyzing automation reports, and collaborating with other teams to ensure overall product quality. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who aligns with the company's culture and values.
Must Have
- Testing new features on Production and QA staging
- Performing functional and non-functional testing
- Monitoring logs
- Creating and maintaining test documentation (Test-Cases, Spec, Bug-reports)
- Analyzing automation bug reports
- Communicating with other departments
- At least 1 year of experience as a Manual QA Engineer (mainly in web projects)
- UI testing and troubleshooting using developer tools and Figma
- Experience with API testing
- Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation
- Knowledge of various software testing techniques and methodologies
- English level: Intermediate+
- Proficient in Russian – both in written and verbal communication
Good to Have
- Prior experience working with logs
- Prior experience in setting up processes
- Prior experience working with Git
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for testing new features in Production and QA environments, performing functional and non-functional testing, monitoring logs, maintaining test documentation, analyzing automation reports, and collaborating with other teams to ensure overall product quality.
Key responsibilities:
- New feature testing on Production and QA staging
- Function/Non-function testing
- Logs monitoring
- Creation and maintenance of test documentation (Test-Cases, Spec, Bug-reports and etc. )
- Analysis of automation bug reports
- Communication with other departments
Required Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Manual QA Engineer (mainly in web projects)
- UI testing and troubleshooting using developer tools and Figma
- Experience with API testing
- Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (checklists, test cases, etc.)
- Knowledge of various software testing techniques and methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- English level: Intermediate+
- Proficient in Russian – both in written and verbal communication
Nice to have:
