Job Description

Join the Vélizy campus as Site Supply Chain Manager, reporting to the Vélizy pole Director and functionally to the Business Line Supply Chain Director. You will manage a team of about fifty people, overseeing internal and external logistics, procurement, S&OP, VEX management, and production planning for an annual industrial activity of approximately €100M across 100 different finished products. Your mission includes ensuring production commitment, supporting the 'MPS Excellence' project, strengthening industrial stock management, assisting teams in ERP process harmonization, and improving logistics management maturity.

Must Have:
  • Manage the Supply Chain team, interfacing with production, quality, purchasing, order management, and customs.
  • Pilot internal and external logistics, ensuring handling of stocks and physical flows of components, manufactured sub-assemblies, and finished products.
  • Secure on-time delivery of purchased components while optimizing stock levels.
  • Strengthen the Vélizy pole's contribution by managing the development and execution of the industrial response over 24 to 36 months (S&OP).
  • Ensure complete management of VEX actions (Components, WIP, Finish Goods).
  • Lead the MPS planning and scheduling team.
  • Guarantee production commitment in a context of new multi-unit product launches.
  • Support the 'MPS Excellence' improvement project for the site.
  • Strengthen industrial stock management.
  • Support teams in deploying a global project for harmonizing tool processes and mastering the ERP.
  • Improve logistics management maturity.
  • Solid industrial & Supply Chain management experience (hierarchical, transversal, and project mode).
  • Extensive knowledge in Supply Chain (procurement, scheduling, planning, logistics, etc.).
  • Experience in managing Supply Chain subjects and projects.
  • Decision-making in a complex environment.
  • Ability to assess problem criticality to escalate alerts to the right level and contact.
  • Strong experience with ERP SAP & BI.
  • Fluent in English.

As Site Supply Chain Manager for Vélizy, you report directly to the Vélizy pole Director and functionally to the Business Line Supply Chain Director.

As a member of the Vélizy pole Management Committee, you manage the Supply Chain team, directly interfacing with production, quality, purchasing, order management, and the MIS customs department.

With an annual industrial activity of approximately €100M on about 100 different Finished Products (multi-unit production) with high internal added value and in a context of transformation linked to the recent implementation of a new Business Line organization, your mission will be to lead a Supply Chain team of about fifty people:

  • Internal and external logistics: guarantee the management of stocks and internal and external physical flows of components, manufactured sub-assemblies, and finished products, as well as the management of products subject to export control.
  • Procurement: secure on-time delivery of purchased components while optimizing stock levels.
  • S&OP: strengthen the contribution of the Vélizy pole by managing the development and execution of the industrial response of the Vélizy pole over a 24 to 36-month horizon.
  • VEX: ensure complete management of actions aimed at managing the pole's VEX (Components, WIP, Finished Goods).
  • Production planning: lead the MPS planning and scheduling team.

In this sense, you will be responsible for:

  • Guaranteeing compliance with production commitments in a context of launching new multi-unit products.
  • Supporting the "MPS Excellence" improvement project for the site.
  • Strengthening industrial stock management.
  • Supporting teams in the deployment of a global project for harmonizing tool processes and mastering the ERP.
  • Improving the maturity of logistics management.

Your profile:

Are you an Engineer (or equivalent) with solid industrial & Supply Chain management experience (hierarchical, transversal, and project mode) and extensive knowledge in the field (procurement, scheduling, planning, logistics, etc.)?

Do you have the following experience and skills:

  • Managing Supply Chain subjects and projects;
  • Decision-making in a complex environment;
  • The ability to assess the criticality level of the problem to escalate the alert to the right level and to the right contact;

Do you have strong experience with ERP SAP & BI & are you fluent in English?

Team spirit, analytical and synthesis skills, good interpersonal skills are assets you are recognized for?
