Job Description
Purpose of the role:
The Commercial Deepening Executive is responsible for managing a closed portfolio of SME segment clients. Their role is key to ensuring solid and sustainable commercial relationships, through a deep understanding of each account's processes, strategies, and needs.
Their mission is to ensure the fulfillment of the Revenue Recognition budget, through consultative commercial management, results-oriented, and focused on client loyalty.
Deliverables:
- Fulfillment of the Revenue Recognition budget, according to monthly and accumulated targets.
- Growth in portfolio consumption through cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Retention of active clients, minimizing churn and strengthening the commercial relationship.
- Healthy portfolio management: ensure clients pay on time, keeping arrears less than 60 days.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Perform telemarketing management for the assigned client portfolio.
- Execute cross-selling and up-selling strategies on the assigned portfolio.
- Accompany the active consumption of products and services contracted by clients.
- Identify business opportunities based on understanding client needs.
- Ensure the fulfillment of the assigned revenue budget (Revenue Recognition).
- Monitor and maintain portfolio health, anticipating risks of churn or desertion.
- Build high-value proposals with massive processes that include success stories and are aligned with industry needs.
- Resolve client inquiries regarding acquired plans, billing, rate cards, plan renewals, and/or changing plans for client benefit. After-sales service.
- Register management in Salesforce, register cases in Bizagi, and follow up on solutions by SAC.
- Send and accompany the client in the database upload process.
- Review client billing and product delivery.
- Understand the client's value chain, their main market differentiators; as well as strategic challenges including the behavior of their competitors.
Qualifications
- Education: Professional or technologist in areas such as Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B commercial roles, ideally in technology, financial services, or consulting sectors.
- Required technical knowledge: Ideal handling of Salesforce CRM.
- Competencies: knowledge in consultative sales and commercial data analysis.
