Job Summary

This role involves promoting commercial alliances with various associations and potential clients, such as service integrators, to reach small and medium-sized enterprises. The objective is to increase the income of the SME VP by fostering integral relationships across company areas and achieving established goals. Responsibilities include effective monthly sales closures, daily telemarketing, client visits, consultative selling, proposal submission, client base expansion, forecast management, daily reporting, and ensuring compliance with the Linkage Policy.

Must Have

  • Effectively close monthly sales (minimum $17,000,000) with new clients
  • Perform daily telemarketing (minimum 60 calls) to prospective clients
  • Schedule and conduct client visits
  • Verify information according to the current Linkage Policy
  • Offer consultative sales solutions from the product portfolio
  • Send accurate proposals to profiled clients in Salesforce
  • Increase client base daily through referrals and cold calling
  • Review and execute monthly client and budget forecasts
  • Report daily telephone and in-person management to director/coordinator
  • Continuously follow up with clients to secure sales
  • Manage client potential base growth
  • Register client interactions in Salesforce
  • Comply with the Linkage Policy throughout the process
  • Diligence and submit client linkage documents
  • Provide post-sale support to clients
  • Attend HR and leadership training for product knowledge and commercial skills
  • Self-train on work-related topics
  • 2-3 years of experience as a commercial advisor in intangible/tangible services sales
  • Proficiency in CRM (SAP, Salesforce)
  • Ability to set and achieve performance goals independently
  • Persuasion skills to identify client needs through effective questioning
  • Ability to communicate proposals effectively, orally and in writing

Promote commercial alliances with various commercial associations, as well as potential clients such as service integrators, who have reach to small and medium-sized enterprises. All this through an integral relationship between the different areas of the companies, allowing to increase the income of the VP of SME and thus achieve the fulfillment of the established goals.

  • Effectively close monthly sales (minimum expected $17,000,000) with new clients.
  • Daily telemarketing of the product to prospective clients (minimum expected 60 calls daily).
  • Schedule appointments for profiled clients obtained through telemarketing.
  • Visit clients at their company facilities.
  • Perform necessary verifications according to training and the current Linkage Policy.
  • Offer solutions to the client through consultative selling that allows identifying needs and offering the most suitable solution from our portfolio of services and products.
  • Send proposals to duly profiled and validated clients in Salesforce, with truthful and timely information, to market products and solutions.
  • Increase client bases daily, by obtaining referrals and acquiring new clients through cold calling.
  • Review and execute monthly forecast of clients and budgets.
  • Report daily telephone and in-person management to the director/coordinator.
  • Continuously follow up with clients to ensure sales.
  • Perform necessary management to increase their base of potential clients.
  • Register client interactions in Salesforce to generate an updated status.
  • Comply with the Linkage Policy in each phase of the process.
  • Properly complete client linkage documents and submit them with sales support areas.
  • Accompany the client in post-sale product sales processes.
  • Attend training and workshops proposed by HR and the leadership team to strengthen product knowledge and develop commercial skills.
  • Self-training and self-development on topics of interest associated with their work.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience as a commercial advisor with sales techniques for intangible/tangible services.
  • CRM management (SAP, Salesforce).
  • Productivity: Ability to set performance goals for oneself and successfully achieve them. Self-managing, challenging oneself, meeting and exceeding objectives without constant supervision.
  • Consultative selling: Persuasion ability to discover client needs through effective questions that generate relevant information for the sales process.
  • Commercial solutions presentation: Ability to communicate a proposal/solution to the client to add value to their business. Includes the aptitude to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, according to the audience, business, objectives, etc., resolving doubts and emphasizing benefits.
