FitXR is a fitness technology company working at the cutting edge of VR and MR, building a movement for movement.

We're seeking a Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. You'll spearhead our brand's online presence, engaging with our community, growing our follower audience and creating compelling content to drive engagement and foster brand loyalty.
This role offers high visibility within the organization, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to elevate our social media efforts and amplify our brand's impact.

Where you'll spend your time
- Diving into our digital community, engaging with followers, and amplifying their voices to shape our brand's online presence - while our analytics team provides insights, you'll be the advocate for our audience
- Crafting compelling narratives and content strategies - ideas can originate from various sources, both internal and external; your responsibility is to curate and execute the most impactful storytelling with both our customers and trainers
- Driving the creation, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns that foster strong connections with our audience
- Collaborating closely with our cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and company goals.
- Experimenting with innovative approaches and emerging trends in social media to drive engagement, enhance brand visibility, and uncover new opportunities
- Maintaining clear communication channels within your team and across departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and continuous refinement of social media strategies
- Creating social content including videos such as reels and tiktok videos.
- Editing and social video pre and post production
- Engaging with FitXR community in both public and private channels
- Boosting highly engaged post to drive follower growth
- Crafting and managing micro influencer program with performance incentives
- Managing influencer relations and contracts under the guidance of the department.
We'd love to see from you
- You are a seasoned Social Media Manager and have worked in consumer tech or gaming - bonus if you’ve cut your teeth on immersive technologies!
- You are a seasoned content creator and have experience creating reels, stills and videos and editing for brand intention.
- You're hands-on, and you’d go above and beyond to make the marketing team and the company growth successful
- You are customer-obsessed and have experience in communicating with audiences
- You have experience growing social media followers on Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok.
- You have proficiency with social media data analytics and reporting.
- You are able to craft a cohesive and consistent IG grid to represent a premium brand but yet not unrelatable or corporate.
