Social Media Manager (Rainbow6, Valorant, PubG)

As the Social Media Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our digital strategy, shaping Team Liquid's presence in Brazil and forging lasting relationships with our audience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Social Media Coverage:

  • Manage preparation, scheduling, posting, and assessment for Team Liquid's social accounts in Brazil

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term content strategies aligned with team events, player activities, and marketing promotions

  • Assess performance metrics to refine content strategies and drive engagement

  • Participate in creative ideation sessions to generate impactful ideas for both the brand and partners

• Engagement and Community Building:

  • Implement strategies to engage with fans and foster strong relationships

  • Propose deliverables for different platforms based on production scope

  • Attend local tournaments and events for timely content coverage

  • Work with filmmakers for shoot requirements and propose in-market optimizations

• Narrative and Campaign Building:

  • Contribute to the development of narrative-focused content related to player signings, terminations, and game-related events

  • Assist in the development of promotional and content marketing strategies

  • Ensure comprehensive alignment in all posts to effectively shape the team's story

What You'll Need:

• 1+ year of experience in social media and community management

• Strong grasp of digital and social media platform trends

• Interest in esports and gaming industry, particularly Rainbow6, Valorant, or PubG Mobile

• Ability to drive group projects

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (B2 level or above)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to travel domestically for local events coverage

• Proficiency in TikTok content creation, including staying up to date on current trends, shooting, and editing skills

You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have

• Proficiency in Discord and Reddit

• Expertise in videography and proficient video editing skills (camera or cell phone)

• Proficiency in video editing, with demonstrated expertise in software like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro; prior experience preferred

Additional Requirements:

The nature of our games may require flexibility in working hours. The successful candidate should be prepared to work nontraditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure the success of our events.

This is a position with a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) type of contract.
