Job Summary
The Solutions Delivery Manager leads technology initiatives for Trek, ensuring business needs are understood, solutions defined, and projects delivered on time and with excellence. This role involves strategic oversight and hands-on execution, aligning IT and business stakeholders, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and driving outcomes that enhance Trek’s products, systems, processes, and customer experiences. They act as a delivery leader and analytical problem solver, managing risks, dependencies, and resources from ideation through go-live and hypercare.
Must Have
- Lead successful delivery of technology initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities
- Translate needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Partner with product managers to align delivery with vision, scope, and organizational goals
- Own end-to-end delivery of solutions, from ideation through go-live and hypercare
- Build and maintain project and delivery plans aligned with business priorities
- Ensure solutions meet functional and technical expectations
- Manage risks, dependencies, and resource needs to ensure successful outcomes
- Facilitate ceremonies and project meetings (kickoffs, scoping, core teams, standups, retrospectives)
- Drive accountability and performance across pods, vendors, and stakeholders
- Ensure all critical documentation is maintained
- 3-5 years of experience in IT project delivery, business analysis, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience with JDE, SAP, or other ERP system
- Strong knowledge of project methodologies such as agile and waterfall, and software delivery lifecycles (SDLC)
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Figma, and SQL basics
- Exceptional communication skills, able to engage both technical teams and executives
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving instincts, and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to take initiative and ownership of delivery

- Familiarity with data architecture, reporting, or analytics tools
- Background in Agile coaching, process improvement, or release management

Summary
The Solutions Delivery Manager leads the successful delivery of technology initiatives that drive value for Trek. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure business needs are clearly understood, solutions are well-defined, projects are planned with precision, and delivered on time with excellence. Acting as both a delivery leader and analytical problem solver, the Solutions Delivery Manager ensures alignment between IT and business stakeholders, orchestrates cross-functional teams, and drives outcomes that enhance Trek’s products, systems, processes, and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Partnership & Analysis
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
- Translate needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Partner with product managers to align delivery with vision, scope, and organizational goals.
- Recommend improvements to products, processes, systems, and delivery practices.
Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of solutions, from ideation through go-live and hypercare.
- Build and maintain project and delivery plans aligned with business priorities.
- Ensure solutions meet functional and technical expectations.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and resource needs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate ceremonies and project meetings (kickoffs, scoping, core teams, standups, retrospectives).
- Drive accountability and performance across pods, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all critical documentation is maintained, from ideation through retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Trek’s project process and delivery methods.
Communication & Alignment
- Provide clear, consistent updates on project health, milestones, and risks to leaders and stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and raise awareness on conflicts in priorities or timing.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between technical teams and business functions.
- Support and lead day to day operations of pod.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in IT project delivery, business analysis, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience with JDE, SAP, or other ERP system.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technology initiatives in enterprise or SaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of project methodologies such as agile and waterfall, and software delivery lifecycles (SDLC).
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Figma, and SQL basics.

ERP Specific
- IBRs
- Work with product manager to ensure the business priorities and objectives are followed when activating stories
- Meet with the business to determine best functional solution and complete the Dev Specs tab of the Jira Story
- Work with Software Development team to determine technical solution, testing that will be needed, and deployment strategy
- Support
- Provide Tier 3 support if Product Support and Software Development teams need assistance
- Participate in On-Call rotation
- Tech Debt
- Work with Software Development team to assist with functional solution for break fixes that need development
- Projects
- Create and run project meetings
- Determine key teams such as Core Team and Extended Core Teams
- Responsible for project documentation
- Coordinate with SMDs on other teams if project convers more than just ERP
- Creating Jira work items (Milestones, Features, and Stories)
- Work with Pod to complete stories
- Complete weekly Atlas updates
- Administration
- Lead daily scrum meetings
