Sr Analyst

The role is responsible for achieving Aristocrat’s objectives for the Global Gaming by providing financial and analytical support for the Global DSCOE and Commissions Team.
The role is both strategic and operational where the key outcomes are to:
• Execute accurate and timely commission calculations for sales Business Development Executives (BDEs), ensuring alignment with company policies and incentive plans.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy in all commission-related processes and reporting.
• Document all commission processes and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible for audit and training purposes.
• Assist the globalization of gaming commissions, working closely with Financial Line of Business (LOB) and Rewards/People & Culture (P&C) teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Support cross-functional commission projects aimed at enhancing processes and efficiency.
• Develop robust analytical models, tools, and processes to provide exceptional service to business partners and internal clients.
• Collaborate with the commission’s team to identify commission assumptions and design, build, and maintain sophisticated financial models.
• Create and manage PowerBI models to support the implementation of new plans into commission statements.
• Understand and interpret complex accounting and commission concepts to ensure accurate calculations and reporting.
• Develop and deliver regular performance reports and insights on commission trends and anomalies to senior management.
• Accurately calculate sales targets based on current mapping and implement mid-year territory mapping changes as necessary
• Handle all commission-related data with the highest level of confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Implement improvements to planning and reporting processes and enhance leveraging of systems and tools
• Provide objective and relevant analysis and modeling to support the development of various projects and reports
• Develop compelling dashboards and data visualizations using field-proven formats using complex coding languages such as SQL, DAX, VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros, etc…
• Partner with the broader Finance organization to build robust analytical models, tools and processes and provide superior service to business partners/internal clients

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvements
• Ability to see the big picture but able to dive into the details when required

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in similar positions
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Expert in PowerBI or similar data visualization and business intelligence tools
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software
